Sayard teaches in Kangiqsujuaq. Many times people mix up her town and my town with only a few letters a difference. I wish we were actually in the same town because she is a very fun, kind and friendly person. I met her husband a few years ago when he was a Tundra Trot coach. Neil was the most amazing person ever; he came across as timid and reserved, until we all went back to my host's place for an impromptu dance party and I witnessed his "robot"... WOW! Sayard has a beautiful baby girl and although we really enjoyed working together I think she was just as excited to go home to her family at the end of the training!
I know we will keep in touch and collaborate in some way again in the future. You can be confident of that when you have the same values and goals as someone like her! Enjoy the pictures!
